Delivery may be affected by recipient availability, network conditions, device compatibility, platform rules, technical interruptions, account restrictions, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Subscription Renewal & TerminationWhere SHOUMIKA MAHADIK offers subscription-based services, the subscription period and renewal terms will be communicated before or during purchase.Unless expressly stated otherwise, a subscription may automatically renew for an equivalent period where recurring billing has been authorized.You may request cancellation in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.We may suspend or terminate services where:Fees remain unpaid;You materially breach these Terms;Your conduct creates a legal, security, or compliance risk;Your use violates WhatsApp, Meta, Google, telecom, or other platform policies;Required third-party infrastructure becomes unavailable;Continued service would reasonably expose SHOUMIKA MAHADIK to unlawful activity or regulatory risk.Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that accrued before termination.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCSWhere SHOUMIKA MAHADIK uses or facilitates WhatsApp Business Platform or RCS for Business communications, all such usage must comply with the applicable policies and technical requirements of the relevant platform.WhatsApp Business policies require businesses to obtain appropriate opt-in permission before contacting people and to honor requests to stop, block, or opt out of communications. Business-initiated WhatsApp Platform conversations may also require approved message templates, while customer-initiated conversations are subject to applicable service-window rules.Accordingly, users must not provide contact lists containing recipients who have not lawfully authorized the relevant communications.Where an RCS agent is used, the relevant business or brand information must be accurate and must comply with applicable RCS for Business requirements. RCS agents can communicate with users through RCS-enabled messaging applications, and their configuration and messaging functionality are governed by the applicable Google and carrier infrastructure.SHOUMIKA MAHADIK does not guarantee approval of any WhatsApp account, template, RCS agent, sender identity, message, or campaign because approval and enforcement decisions may be made by independent third-party platforms.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance PolicySHOUMIKA MAHADIK aims to facilitate lawful, relevant, and expected customer communications.Messages should be:Relevant to the recipient;Clearly attributable to the sender;Accurate and not deceptive;Sent only to appropriate recipients;Consistent with the stated purpose for which consent was obtained;Compliant with applicable law;Compliant with applicable WhatsApp, Meta, RCS, carrier, and messaging policies.Users must maintain records sufficient to demonstrate lawful consent where required.Opt-out requests must be honored promptly. A recipient should not be repeatedly contacted after clearly requesting that communications stop, except where a limited communication is legally necessary or otherwise permitted.We may reject, modify, suspend, or discontinue communications that present a compliance risk.Message delivery is not guaranteed. Technical failures, recipient devices, network availability, spam filtering, carrier restrictions, platform enforcement, template rejection, account suspension, and other third-party circumstances may affect delivery.

12. Intellectual Property RightsUnless otherwise stated, the website, business name, logos, graphics, text, designs, documents, software, layouts, and original content associated with SHOUMIKA MAHADIK are owned by or licensed to the Business.Users receive only a limited right to access and use materials for their intended lawful purpose.No user may reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.User-provided content remains the responsibility of the user. Disclaimer of WarrantiesSHOUMIKA MAHADIK provides its services using reasonable care and diligence.However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services and website availability are provided without warranties that:The website will always be uninterrupted;Services will always be error-free;Every message will be delivered;Third-party platforms will remain available;A particular commercial result will be achieved;A third-party platform will approve or maintain an account, template, campaign, sender, or agent.Third-party platforms operate independently and may change their policies, pricing, technical requirements, approval procedures, or availability without control by SHOUMIKA MAHADIK.Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
